Drawing & Painting: Improvers - 5 week course

This course is aimed at participants who have some drawing and painting knowledge, wishing to develop existing skills and explore more complex techniques and approaches, using traditional drawing materials and water-based paints.

The focus on drawing using pencil /graphite sticks, drawings created one week will then be developed into paintings.

Themes – you will draw from life and get to grips with other artists’ approaches, some topics will be seasonal, and you will learn through continual practical activities. The tutor will instruct and demonstrate regularly and provide individual guidance throughout the sessions.

This workshop is suitable for improvers or those whose previous learning is a little rusty.
